President and Founder of Kehoe Designs, The Geraghty, BlackOak Technical Productions, and Floral Exhibits — Tom has had a passion for design since he was a child, launching his floral career at sixteen. Upon graduating from Florida International University with a double major in business and hospitality management — his career continued in small business entrepreneurship, luxury hospitality, and interiors. Tom established Kehoe Designs in 1995. From its small floral shop beginnings, Kehoe Designs has grown into a full-service design firm of over 230 employees that specializes in luxury weddings, corporate and social events. Tom’s knowledge, experience, and unique style, combined with the need for an all-inclusive event décor company, paved the way for Kehoe Designs and the family of brands.
