After attempting to plan their wedding not once, but twice — amid a global pandemic — Adam & Kevin decided to try…one more time. Only this time. The wedding would be an unforgettable hybrid tropic micro-celebration for the grooms & their loved ones.

With the help of BlackOak Technical Productions to produce a hybrid wedding, the couple was able to host their guests worldwide (Australia, London, west coast, and Chicago) via Zoom. State-of-the-art technology ensured the couple’s wedding would be transmitted with broadcast quality to their 130 guests.

The groom’s parents and nearest family members joined Adam and Kevin as they said, “I do” for the in-person ceremony, which took place in a professional soundstage built out at The Geraghty.

Unconventional Wedding Inspiration: Tropical Jungle

Inspired by one of the original wedding destinations, Puerto Vallarta, our team at KEHOE DESIGNS realized the personalized wedding décor aesthetic. The center stage was infused with a tropical jungle flair of wall-to-wall lush greenery, silver orbs, and golden accents. The setup submerged the guests as if they were there in Puerto Vallarta.
